The 2006 PA River Sojourn Season opens May 6, 2006!

The 2006 Pennsylvania River Sojourn Series will include 12-15 events and some 2,500 paddlers from all parts of the mid-Atlantic region. Whether you enjoy the peaceful paddling and placid water of a lake or the action packed thrill of rafting down a raging Class III whitewater river, a sojourn awaits you.

River Sojourns are all-inclusive travel experiences. Sojourn organizers arrange for meals, transportation, entertainment, and camping accommodations so you can relax and enjoy the trip. Bring your boat or rent one provided by local outfitters.

The Pennsylvania River Sojourn Program is funded in part by the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR).
